Victoria's independent anti-corruption commission, IBAC, is responsible for preventing and exposing public sector corruption and police misconduct. IBAC’s jurisdiction covers the entire Victorian public sector including government departments and agencies, local councils, schools and universities, public hospitals, parliamentarians, the judiciary and the police. It investigates corruption and misconduct. It seeks to educate through publications and presentations. Now in its seventh year of operation, IBAC is looking for a CEO to deliver on a strategy that builds on the organisation's foundational capabilities.
Reporting to the Commissioner, the CEO will provide strategic and visionary leadership to the organisation whilst navigating a complex law enforcement oversight, compliance and regulatory environment. Responsible for the effective, efficient and financial management of the functions and activities of the organisation, you will demonstrate the value the integrity commission has to the Victorian community. Leading a highly skilled workforce, you will create an environment for a high performing, empowered and positive workplace to ensure IBAC meets its strategic goals and legislative responsibilities.

You will bring strong strategic thinking and a collaborative approach to engaging with and presenting to a diverse and broad range of stakeholders. You will demonstrate empathy, integrity and fairness through your leadership style, and will bring a results-focused approach, including driving accountability through the organisation. With an appreciation of the public sector environment, you will have extensive experience within complex organisations working across all levels of government.
