This report presents detailed findings of a thorough review of previous investigations by the Office of Police Integrity (OPI), into the conduct of Sir Ken Jones QPM. The report was prepared by the Hon Murray Kellam AO QC. Mr Kellam, a former Justice of Victoria’s Court of Appeal and the current Chief Commissioner of Tasmania’s Integrity Commission.
