Victorian paramedic sentenced following IBAC investigation

A Victorian paramedic has been sentenced following an investigation by Victoria’s anti-corruption agency, IBAC.

Appearing in the Geelong Magistrates’ Court today, Clare Barrand pleaded guilty to breach of confidentiality order, and making a false or misleading statement with intention to mislead IBAC.

Ms Barrand was found guilty, without conviction and given a $5000 fine.
