IBAC charges a fourth person in relation to electoral fraud investigation
Victoria's anti-corruption Commission, IBAC, today charged a fourth person in relation to IBAC’s investigation, Operation Naxos, into allegations of fraudulent practices within the electorate office of a former member of the Victorian Parliament. Today's action by IBAC follows the charging of three people yesterday in relation to the same investigation.

Former client of St Paul's Prevention Rehabilitation jailed following IBAC investigation
A former client of St Paul's Rehabilitation Prevention was today convicted in the County Court of Victoria and sentenced to 10 months imprisonment, followed by a two year Community Corrections Order, after an investigation by Victoria's independent anti-corruption commission, IBAC.

Victoria's independent police oversight body, the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC), has charged a Victoria Police officer with a number of offences following an IBAC investigation into allegations of serious police misconduct in relation to an incident in Thornbury in early January 2018.

IBAC charges a former Frankston City Council manager and a council service provider with multiple offences
Victoria's independent anti-corruption commission, IBAC, has today charged a former Frankston City Council manager with 79 charges including obtaining property by deception, making false documents, using false documents and misconduct in public office. IBAC also charged a supplier of services to Frankston City Council, who is the owner of an electrical company, with 78 similar offences, on 7 January 2019.
